How to put up a Christmas Tree

I wanted to do this post sooner but I´ve been very busy with my new life as a mama.

This is a really popular question: How do I set up a Christmas Tree?

I may not be a pro but I´ve put some Christmas Tree in the past and I´m sure you can learn a trick or two. 

So this is how I get started...

STEP 1: Lights first.

Always. Sometimes I like to use those net lights so I can get a symetrical look and then I fill the empty spot with some extra light.

STEP 2: Big ornaments goes first. 

Start with the bigger ornaments. I like to put all my ornaments on display first so I can pick them easily.

STEP 3: After the big ornaments you need to put those big one left.

STEP 4: Now add the christmas balls bigger in size.

STEP 5: Add the small balls in the empty spots.

You may need to step back a little to see where you need to put them.

STEP 7: 

Now add the steams and all the branches and swirls  you want. 

This takes negative space around you tree.

STEP 8:  The little details give the extra special touch when we talk about Christmas Trees.

The ribbon is a great way to do this. I used 4 different ribbons.

STEP 9: Now all you need to do is to add the tree skirt and you´re all set!
